Set in an alternate not-too-distant future. Political unrest in the USA causes California to lead a secession movement and create the Republic of California. The result ends up being a Second American Civil War with the US government wanting to reign California back into the Union. This story chronicles California's fight for survival, the US' attempts to bring them back, and the World's reactions.

I have "contracted" a friend of mine to create a logo for the blog. I am trying to create a brand for this whole ordeal. I just want it to feel like a real thing to me. What do you think?
